1. During the cable blowing process, if the optical cable rotates or bends excessively in front of the blowing machine, it may hinder further progress. Quickly reduce the exhaust pressure of the air compressor and the pushing speed of the cable blowing machine instead of forcefully applying pressure, to avoid damaging the cable. If reducing the pressure or speed does not allow the cable to move forward, it indicates potential issues such as partial flattening of the silicone tube. In such cases, increase the pressure and speed after the defect point or reduce the pressure and speed. If the cable still cannot move forward, immediately shut down the system, inspect, and rectify the issue.
.Check the operational status of the cable blowing equipment first, referring to the usage guidelines for the air compressor and cable blowing machine.
.Verify if the secret sealing ring of the cable blowing equipment fits too tightly with the optical cable. If the cable's outer diameter has a significant error and the fit is too tight, it may hinder rotation and cause difficulties in cable blowing. If so, replace the sealing ring to ensure smooth rotation.
.If everything mentioned above is normal, start the equipment and check if the air pressure decreases at the exit of the silicone tube. A decrease in pressure indicates possible air leakage in the pipeline, and measures should be taken to address the issue.
.If the cause cannot be identified, apply an appropriate amount of lubrication at the cable blowing end of the pipe. Then, use the pulse blowing method (alternating between starting and stopping the air compressor) to push the cable forward.
